Meeting Manager Display

For a Corporate Space with several meeting spaces distributed on different floors, AVCS has a central Room booking System that can help manage your meeting spaces.

For the individual rooms, we position 10″ Touch display on the side of the door. Its touch to enable you to make an on-spot booking (for those impromptu meetings) for that “meeting on the fly” kinda scenarios

The tablet is powered via POE – for that single cable connection that runs to our network switch to enable booking from anywhere on the network.

There’s a simple Licencing structure to it, whether you prefer it on a private cloud or hosted inhouse.

For a Large number of meeting room spaces we also provide a meeting Summary Display at the Front of office, that can run both daily meetings schedules, and also a custom corporate channel for the company. This hybrid setup helps the company utilise the Dsiplay to tell guests about the company, what they do and as a corporate communication channel.
